St. Raphael-Holy Angels Parish has always been a place of hope and healing, the place people turn to in times of needs. Pastoral Care involves outreach to St Raphael-Holy Angels parishioners, embodying a compassionate response to their spiritual and emotional needs. This ministry involves:

• Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion visit and bring Communion to persons in their homes who cannot come to Church because of illness, age or physical disabilities.
• Communion services are held for the residents of Care One of Hamilton, Atrium Post Acute Care of Hamilton, and Brookdale Hamilton on a weekly basis.
• Planning for a funeral Mass in Church, for a Funeral Liturgy Outside Mass, and for The Rite of Committal is provided for families of deceased parishioners.
• A Memorial Mass is held each November for parishioners who have died during the year.
