A joint ministry of St. Raphael-Holy Angels Parish and Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County, that enables  under-served, home-bound seniors and adults with disabilities to maintain their independence and dignity.  Services are provided by a dedicated group of volunteers who are recruited, trained and managed by Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County and their interdenominational coalition, including Raphael’s Angels. It is a network of support for the most vulnerable among us.
